Oopsie I Forgot - Winnie The Pooh Party Time

I forgot to show you pictures of Jonathans Birthday Party and the fun we had in June.   Jonathan loves Winnie The Pooh, so that had to be the theme this year.  Plus it was the last year where he would like things which would be considered a little to young for him.  I had so much fun planning.  From invitations, right through to how the house would look .... come and see!
The Envelopes for the invitations.... they went with the theme of the party and the invitations themselves.

The Invitations, everyone had their own house on the map with their 'directions' marked on it with a black dotted line.

And of course you cant forget the actual wording of the invite

The picture at the back has the map that was used for the invite surrounded by quotes from Winnie The Pooh books and movies.  There was a basket with party bags as well as a selection of Winnie The Pooh books.

I LOVED these.  i made these and filled them with different crisps, the balloons showed the flavours available

A homemade banner - each flag was the colour of one of the characters.

The Cake - Jonathan asked for the cake from the Tigger Movie so I made a smaller version of it which he loved ... so a very happy mummy :)

Another homemade banner.

Our homemade 100 Aker Wood sign, surrounded by all the friends.  We have them all and they made a good contribution to the party.  I really love how it turned out.

We attempted to make the inside feel a bit like the 100 Aker Wood, it was fun to do....but very time consuming.

BALLOONS! only in the colour of Winnie The Pooh of course :) 100 in total... hubby was tired after that!

Another few shots of the table of food.  We kept it simple, some crisps, cake, pizza, and sausage rolls.

Blowing out of the candles

It was such a beautiful day that we played outside!
